, : Effects of protein sources on the development of digestive enzymes in weaning pigs. Taiwan Sugar 39(2): 18-23

Crossbred pigs weaned at 28 days old were freely fed on diets containing soyabean oilmeal or dried skim milk and slaughtered at 0, 5, 10 and 15 days after weaning. Body weight, weights of stomach, gastric mucosa, pancreas and small intestine and the activities of pepsin, chymotrypsin, trypsin and dipeptidase are given in tables. There were no protein source x day interactions on body or tissue weights.
