Hydrolysis of alpha s1-casein by bovine plasmin

, : Hydrolysis of alpha s1-casein by bovine plasmin. Lait 73(4): 337-344

In vitro hydrolysis of alpha s1-casein by bovine plasmin was studied using electrophoresis and HPLC. Most of the degradation products were purified using reverse-phase or ion-exchange chromatography, and then identified by determination of their N-terminal sequence and amino acid composition.
