Micropropagation of Thalictrum minus L. in in vitro culture

, : Micropropagation of Thalictrum minus L. in in vitro culture. Rastitel' nye Resursy 27(4): 86-90

Explants of T. minus for callus production, obtained from flower buds, were cultured on modified MS medium using the following growth regulators: 2,4-D alone at 0.2 mg/litre, BA at 0.02 mg + NAA at 20.0 mg/litre or BA at 2.0 mg + NAA at 12.0 mg/litre. Depending on the content of growth regulators in the culture medium, shoots and/or embryoids were formed.
