The Anantapur District Cooperative Central Bank in Andhra Pradesh is facing many problems such as a defective loan policy, delays in sanctioning and disbursement of loans, inadequate planning for medium term loans, and problems of personnel management, overdues and recovery of loans. Similar problems are faced by almost all of the district cooperative central banks in Andhra Pradesh, but the severity is greatest in the case of the Anantapur District Cooperative Central Bank.
