Rabbit project planning strategies for developing countries. II. Research applications

, : Rabbit project planning strategies for developing countries. II. Research applications. Livestock Research for Rural Development 2(3): 35-48

A marked rise in rabbit project development activities throughout the developing countries has been observed within the past 10 years. This global response may be attributable to an increased awareness of the potential of small-scale rabbit production for the world's majority of subsistence rural and peri-urban inhabitants. There is a tremendous need for descriptive data on rabbit populations.
