Strawberry parent clones US70, US159, US292, and US438 resistance to anthracnose crown rot

, : Strawberry parent clones US70, US159, US292, and US438 resistance to anthracnose crown rot. HortScience 28(10): 1055-1056

The 4 parent clones were developed as part of a collaborative effort between the USDA and state agricultural experimental stations to overcome problems of anthracnose crown rot caused by Colletotrichum fragariae and are respectively derived from FL76-802 x LA2556, LA7525-A x US78-1760AN, Arking x LA883 and MSUS56 x MSUS70.
