Comparison of larval morphometrics of Lernaea minuta, a copepod parasite of Puntius gonionotus from Malaysia, with those of L. cyprinacea and L. polymorpha

, : Comparison of larval morphometrics of Lernaea minuta, a copepod parasite of Puntius gonionotus from Malaysia, with those of L. cyprinacea and L. polymorpha. Crustaceana 67(3): 288-295

Ectoparasites of the genus Lernaea are some of the most important freshwater fish parasites which threaten Malaysian aquaculture. Lernaea cyprinacea and L. polymorpha have been identified from the Malaysian Peninsular, but their larval morphometrics have been considered inappropriate for species identification.
