Sub-acute oral toxicity of Oncol (benfuracarb), a carbamate insecticide in chicken: changes in some blood biochemical parameters

, : Sub-acute oral toxicity of Oncol (benfuracarb), a carbamate insecticide in chicken: changes in some blood biochemical parameters. Indian Veterinary Journal 72(4): 339-342

Benfuracarb was orally administered to 3 groups of White Leghorn chickens (9 months old) each containing 4 hens and 2 cocks, at 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg per day, respectively for 21 consecutive days. The blood and serum samples were analysed before administration of benfuracarb and on 11th and 22nd days after treatment.
