, : Yolk inoculation in Gumboro infected chicken. Veterinary Medical Journal Giza 43(1): 103-108

120 42-day-old chicks were divided into 8 groups, 3 of which were infected with 100 ml of 105 EID50/ml of infectious bursal disease virus and treated with dilutions 1/10, 1/100 and 1/1000 of yolk from the eggs of immune hens. Another 3 similarly infected groups were treated with yolk from non-immune hens. Infected non-treated groups and non-infected non-treated groups were kept as controls.
