Examination of 98 Bufo bufo from Prado de las Pozas and Laguna Grande, Sierra de Gredos (Avila, Spain), showed the presence of 4 trematode species (Opisthodiscus nigrivasis in 1.0%, Gorgoderina vitelliloba in 12.8%, Haematoloechus carbonelli in 8.5% and Crepidostomum metoecus in 4.1%), one cestode (Nematotaenia dispar in 5.1%) and 2 nematodes (Oxysomatium brevicaudatum in 79.6% and Dorylaimidae gen. sp. in 6.4%).
