From April to June 1995, a US citizen working in Jamaica often walked barefoot on a beach. Red tracks appeared on the sole of both of his feet. On the basis of lesions and clinical history, a diagnosis of cutaneous larva migrans was rendered and oral and topical preparations of thiabendazole was dispensed.
