, : In vitro propagation of the medicinal plant, Eucomis poleevansii N.E. Brown. Journal of the Southern African Society for Horticultural Sciences 5(2): 73-75

Leaf explants of the South African medicinal plant E. poleevansii were cultured in vitro on modified MS media supplemented with 1 mg NAA/litre. Robust shoots were initiated along the edges of the explants. Individual shoots were rooted on modified MS media also supplemented with 1 mg NAA/litre.
