Path analysis in the study relating physical and chemical characteristics of soil and Eucalyptus productivity

, : Path analysis in the study relating physical and chemical characteristics of soil and Eucalyptus productivity. Revista Arvore 20(2): 161-169

Path analysis procedures were used to establish relationships between soil characteristics and Eucalyptus grandis productivity at a site belonging to Empresa Suzano de Papel e Celulose, in Itapetininga, Sao Paulo. The soil was predominantly Red Yellow Latosol (Oxisol) formed from Itarare Formation sandstone, and the analysis used soil profile data and topographic maps on a 1:10.000 scale.
