Application of different cytokinins for in vitro shoot induction and multiplication of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.)

, : Application of different cytokinins for in vitro shoot induction and multiplication of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.). Ciencia e Agrotecnologia 22(3): 384-389

In vitro shoot induction and multiplication of nodal explants of cabbage was carried out on MS medium supplemented with (in addition to other growth regulators and supplements) and 18.5 micro M kinetin, 17.7 micro M BAP or 0.45 micro M thidiazuron. Cultures were maintained under 16 h light/8 h dark.
