, : Distribution of Pinus monophylla in the northern Wasatch Range of Utah. Great Basin Naturalist 59(3): 292-294

P. monophylla is a coniferous tree species that forms extensive woodlands with Juniperus osteosperma in the Great Basin region. Its distribution includes Nevada, parts of eastern California, western Arizona, southern Idaho and western Utah.
