Effects of genotype and nitrogen fertilizer on growth and yield of soyabeans when sown under saturated soil culture

, : Effects of genotype and nitrogen fertilizer on growth and yield of soyabeans when sown under saturated soil culture. Kasetsart Journal, Natural Sciences 31(3): 271-280

In a field study in saturated soil, soyabeans Chiang Mai 60 and Leichhardt were grown alone on raised beds, or soyabeans were grown on beds and transplanted rice in the furrows. Four rates of nitrogen fertilizer, 0, 31.2, 62.5 and 125 kg N/ha, were applied to the raised beds. Soyabean yield was higher in the early rainy season of 1993 than in the 1994 dry season, and was decreased by intercropping.
