Modelling soil erosion in real landscapes: a Western European perspective

, : Modelling soil erosion in real landscapes: a Western European perspective. Modelling soil erosion by water Proceedings of the NATO Advanced Research Workshop "Global change: modelling soil erosion by water", University of Oxford, Oxford, UK, 11-14 September, 1995: 17-29

The challenge to soil erosion modellers is to take into account information from a variety of sources, the laboratory, the experimental plot and the field and to integrate it into predictive models that take account of processes in real landscapes at the correct spatial and temporal scales. While substantial progress has been made in recent years many issues remain unresolved.
