A note on vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza development in Albizia procera in root trainers

, : A note on vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza development in Albizia procera in root trainers. Mycorrhiza News 13(1): 21-22

Albizia procera was used as a test species to study the role of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhiza (VAM) in root trainers (300 cc). Four media were used: (a) pure compost, pH 5.8, (b) compost + sand (80:20), pH 6.4, (c) compost + sand (50:50), pH 6.4, and (d) sand, pH 6.8. The compost contained Glomus, Scutellospora and Gigaspora in low quantities.
