A total of 140 random samples of ice cream, raw and pasteurized cream, fruits and chocolate milk, and raw milk (n=35 each) collected from different localities in Beni-Suef Governorate were examined for the occurrence of Gram negative low-temperature bacteria. Isolated microorganisms were identified as Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter agglomerans and Serratia liquefaciens.
