Effect of sugar food products on the integrity of tinplate containers

, : Effect of sugar food products on the integrity of tinplate containers. Acta Alimentaria Budapest 29(4): 367-375

The behaviour of electrolytic tinplate coated with gold- and aluminium-plated sanitary lacquers employed to contain sugar food products was studied. Susceptibility to corrosion by electrochemical measurements and surface deterioration by scanning electron microscopy were also evaluated.

The role of Ca-2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase (CaM kinase; EC 2.7-1.123) in the generation of Ca-2+ signals by muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChR) was studied.
