Integrated management of Meloidogyne incognita and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli in Gladiolus using antagonistic fungi and neem cake

, : Integrated management of Meloidogyne incognita and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli in Gladiolus using antagonistic fungi and neem cake. Nematology: challenges and opportunities in 21st Century Proceedings of the Third International Symposium of Afro Asian Society of Nematologists TISAASN, Sugarcane Breeding Institute ICAR, Coimbatore, India, April 16-19, 1998: 263-266

Paecilomyces lilacinus, Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma viride, neem cake, and their combinations were evaluated for the control of root-knot nematode and Fusarium wilt on Gladiolus under glass house conditions. Earthern pots containing autoclaved soil were inoculated with M. incognita, Fusarium and P. lilacinus. These pre-inoculated pots were treated/incorporated with T. harzianum, T. viride and neem cake individually and in combinations.
