Parentage testing for the offspring produced by embryo transfer with frozen embryos in the dog

, : Parentage testing for the offspring produced by embryo transfer with frozen embryos in the dog. Korean Journal of Veterinary Clinical Medicine 17(1): 234-237

The donor, 2 years old, 20 kg and mixed breed, was bred naturally on day 1 and day 3 of oestrus and 8 gastrulae were collected by flushing the uterus of the donor after laparotomy on day 13 after the second mating. The embryos were frozen by programmable freezer and preserved for approximately 3 months in liquid nitrogen.
