Anti-erosion protection of soils in urban green areas localized on slopes

, : Anti-erosion protection of soils in urban green areas localized on slopes. Folia Universitatis Agriculturae Stetinensis, Agricultura (87): 55-60

This paper presents causes, kinds and results of erosion occurring on sloping green areas in Zielona Gora, Poland, as well as the countermeasures used. In various areas of the town, both on slopes and adjacent grounds, various anti-erosion measures were used, such as biological sowing (sowing of grass), or technical (concrete barrier, buttress walls).
