Determination of sulphur dioxide and sulphites in food


, : Determination of sulphur dioxide and sulphites in food. Agraarteadus 11(4): 311-317

In experiments in 1999 in Estonia, 200 food samples both domestic and imported were analysed for sulphur content. 47 samples (24%), most of them wines and dried fruit, contained residues of sulphites.
