, : Effect of sucrose and indolebutyric acid on the propagation of the sweet passion fruit by cuttings. Revista Cientifica Rural 7(2): 122-127

Semi-hardwood cuttings (15 cm in length with 2 buds and one leaf cut at the middle) were obtained from one-year-old sweet passion fruit (Passiflora alata) vines in a commercial orchard in Itutinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The basal parts of the cuttings were immersed in IBA solution (0, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 mg/litre) with or without sucrose (2%) for 5 s.
