In this study; the growth, carcass traits and meat quality were determined in Bronze and White turkeys, in Isparta province of Turkey. Average body weights of bronze and white turkeys were 7495-4843 g and 15 844-11 797 g; average percentages of carcass were 74.0-71.2% and 82.7-81.9%; average percentages of crude protein content of muscle meat of breast and legs were 23.0-26.1%, 19.0-21.2% and 16.5-17.4%, 13.3-14.8% at the age of 18-weeks, respectively.
