Identification and analysis of proteins sharing dehydroascorbate reductase activity

, : Identification and analysis of proteins sharing dehydroascorbate reductase activity. Biologia Plantarum 45(1): 145-147

Dehydroascorbate (DHA)-reducing proteins were observed using a native-PAGE/activity staining method, and identified in soyabean and rice by Western analysis using antibodies against homologous proteins known to catalyse DHA reduction.
