Identification and evaluation of the rice resistance to Magnaporthe grisea populations

, : Identification and evaluation of the rice resistance to Magnaporthe grisea populations. Journal of South China Agricultural University 24(2): 30-33

The resistance of a hybrid rice combination to M. grisea was evaluated by the interorganismal genetics method. The parameters evaluated were virulence frequency (VF), pathogenicity association (PA) such as resistance association coefficient (RAC) and virulence association coefficient (VAC). The pathotypes of the pathogen population made up of 100 isolates consisted of 4 groups and subdivided into 10 Chinese races.
