Identification and morphological variability analysis of 59 creole potato cultivars (Solanum phureja Juz. et Buk.)

, : Identification and morphological variability analysis of 59 creole potato cultivars (Solanum phureja Juz. et Buk.). Agronomia Colombiana 17(1/3): 49-56

Morphological diversity was assessed in 59 genotypes of S. phureja, grown at two locations (Mosquera and Soacha) in Colombia, using correlation, principal component, cluster and multidimensional analyses. The first 10 principal components accounted for 76% of the total variability. Cluster and multidimensional analyses indicated the existence of 8 genotype groups.
