Identification method of risk factors and improvement measures in project financial analysis

, : Identification method of risk factors and improvement measures in project financial analysis. Journal of China Agricultural University 7(4): 113-116

It is argued that the general sensitivity analysis method used in identifying principal risk elements is subjective and suffers from apparent defects in investment project financial assessment. Using an example, these drawbacks were illustrated by disregarding the extent risk factors affected net present values. An improved, more objective method, the sensitivity analysis of extreme differences, is proposed.
