Identification of Coryneform bacteria by DHPA method and API CORYNE strip

, : Identification of Coryneform bacteria by DHPA method and API CORYNE strip. Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 18(1): 87-90

Aim: To establish a new method for identification of Coryneform bacteria. Methods: The Coryneform bacteria were identified with DHPA method and API CORYNE strip. Results: The correct identification rate with DHPA method were 100% for 33 known units of Coryneform bacteria. The total consistent identification rate of DHPA method and API method was 72% for 2082 test codes of Coryneform bacteria.
