Identification of F2 population derived from the cross of 3N x 2N in rice using RFLP and SSR markers

, : Identification of F2 population derived from the cross of 3N x 2N in rice using RFLP and SSR markers. Journal of Jilin Agricultural University 23(1): 21-23

Autotriploid strain 43 selected from twin-seedlings 9004 population was crossed with diploid japonica Zhongdan 2. Some diploid F1 plants were obtained and one stable F2 population No. 942 was generated from the inbred F1 seeds the following year. To prove its stability, the RFLP (restriction fragment length polymorphism) and SSR (simple sequence repeat) markers were used.
