Identification of PCN species (Globodera rostochiensis, G. pallida) by using of ITS-1 region's polymorphism

, : Identification of PCN species (Globodera rostochiensis, G. pallida) by using of ITS-1 region's polymorphism. Rostlinna Vyroba 48(11): 486-489

Internal transcribed spacer 1 (ITS 1) polymorphism was used to identify the species composition of potato cyst nematode (PCN) population from Europe (Sluknov, Obersteinbach, Harmerz, Kalle, Chavornai, and Delmsen) and that of a PCN population from Kasperske (K).
