, : Identification of Papaya ringspot potyvirus strains with molecular biological methods. Acta Phytopathologica Sinica 32(1): 21-25

Papaya ringspot potyvirus (papaya ringspot virus) (PRSV) strains such as PRSV126, Ys, Vb and Sm were identified with strain specific primers. Ys could be identified with single digestion using restriction enzyme Sau3A I or Hae II, and PRSV126 using Hinf I.
