, : Identification of RAPD markers linked to the seed character of Chinese jujube. Journal of Fruit Science 18(5): 288-290

The seed pool and seedless pool of Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) were analysed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA. A total of 340 primers were screened, and 3348 DNA bands were amplified. Eleven polymorphic primers were identified, and each form was verified by using the 11 polymorphic primers. Only primer S154 was amplified by a 820-bp DNA band on 16 forms of Jinsixiaozao, but the DNA band was not amplified on 6 forms of Wuhexiaozao.
