Inheritance of growth traits in garden pea (Pisum sativum L.)

, : Inheritance of growth traits in garden pea (Pisum sativum L.). Vegetable Science 28(2): 113-116

The materials for present investigation comprised of six generations (P1, P2, F1, F2, B1, and B2) of the three crosses (JP-71 x VL-3, JP-71 x NDVP-9, and JP-15 x VL-3). Data on 5 growth traits (plant height, first flowering node, number of nodes per plant, internodal length, and number of tillers per plant) were recorded from 10 randomly selected plants in P1, P2, F1, B1, and B2, and from 25 plants in F2 for each replication.
