The technical efficiency of cereals' fertilization in 1999-2001 in Poland - analysis based on the application of the DEA method

, : The technical efficiency of cereals' fertilization in 1999-2001 in Poland - analysis based on the application of the DEA method. Folia Universitatis Agriculturae Stetinensis, Oeconomica (42): 145-154

This paper presents the results of a study on the possibilities of implementing the data envelopment analysis to measure fertilizer application efficiency in cereals grown in Poland during 1999-2000. The variations in inputs accounted for the differences in the results obtained. Some plantations in the different provinces utilize fertilizer inefficiently.
