Effect of date of planting on whitefly population, leaf curl incidence and yield of potato cultivars

, : Effect of date of planting on whitefly population, leaf curl incidence and yield of potato cultivars. Journal of the Indian Potato Association 30(1/2): 115-116

Seeds of potato cultivars Kufri Ashoka, JX-1, Kufri Badshah, Kufri Pukhraj and Kufri Bahar were sown on 1 and 16 October and November and 1 December in a field experiment conducted in Hisar, Haryana, India during 2001-02 and 2002-03. White fly (Bemisia tabaci) infestation and leaf curl incidence decreased with delay in sowing.
