Estimation of cultivated land consolidation potential

, : Estimation of cultivated land consolidation potential. Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering 20(3): 257-261

Using the reference area method, the consolidation potential for cultivated lands in Yanqing County, Beijing, China, was determined. The non-effective coefficient of cultivated land was 6.14% on average for flat areas, and the potential coefficients of cultivated land consolidation were 0.68, 2.10 and 2.81% for low, middle and high consolidation levels, respectively. The corresponding cultivated land consolidation potentials were 109.29, 337.53 and 451.64 hm2.
