, : Preliminary study of Japanese species of the genus Tettigonia (Orthoptera, Tettigoniidae). Japanese Journal of Systematic Entomology 9(2): 145-158

Japanese species of the genus Tettigonia are revised. Unknown type locality of T. orientalis is restricted to Kanto district. T. orientalis yama and T. orientalis ibuki are raised to the species rank, respectively. T. ussuriana is first recorded from Tsushima Is., Japan.
