, : Effect of dietary supplementation of vitamin E and selenium in subclinical mastitis in dairy cows. Indian Journal of Veterinary Medicine 25(2): 76-79

Dietary supplementation of vitamin E (500 IU/animal/day) and selenium (6 mg/animal/day) in cows with subclinical mastitis (SCM) during early lactation caused 40% reduction in the infection rate. The quarter-wise reduction in infection rate was 56.66, 76.66 and 66.66% in vit E, Se and combination of vit E and Se supplemented groups, respectively.
