French airports. Reform at last

, : French airports. Reform at last. Espaces, Tourisme and Loisirs (227): 44-56

The reform of French airports, expected by their managers, is finally launched. The government bill plans for the creation of private companies to manage large regional airports instead of chambers of commerce and industry. At their creation, these companies will still be owned by public bodies (state, chambers of commerce and industry, local governments) but in the long-term they will be opened up to national and foreign private investors.
