, : A new species of eretmophyllum from the jurassic of middle asia. Review of Palaeobotany & Palynology 51(1-3): 127-132

Eretmophylum harrisii sp. nov. is described from the Bajocian-Bathonian Degibadam Formation of the Hissar (= Gissar) mountain range in Middle Asia. The species is notable for its dense vein concentration and for the papillae of the lower epidermal cells which are merged to form regular moniliform rows. Other occurrences of Eretmophyllum in Middle Asia are reviewed and compared with the new species.
