A study of the regulation of intra cellular processes in nitella syncarpa with the participation of mediator receptors

, : A study of the regulation of intra cellular processes in nitella syncarpa with the participation of mediator receptors. Soobshcheniya Akademii Nauk Gruzinskoi SSR 87(1): 173-176

.alpha.- and .beta.-Adrenoreceptors were discovered in N. syncarpa cells. The regulation mechanisms of intracellular processes (protoplasm motion) were studied by the action of drugs stimulating and inhibiting .alpha. and .beta.-adrenoreceptors. The principle of the action of epinephrine, norepinephrine, izadrine, inderal and dihydroergotoxin in N. syncarpa resembles the principle of the action of these drugs on animal cell activity.
