Acute lymphocytic changes in chronic granulocytic leukemia 3 cases

, : Acute lymphocytic changes in chronic granulocytic leukemia 3 cases. Tianjin Medical Journal 9(8): 465-469

Three cases of chronic granulocytic leukemia [CGL] with lymphoblastic transformation are reported. The clinical courses, laboratory findings and responses to therapy of these patients were described. Literatures concerning the incidence, clinical pictures, diagnosis and prognosis of CGL with lymphoblastic transformation were reviewed. Such cases have distinctive clinical and laboratory features and better responses to therapy than any other type of blastic crisis of CGL.
