Analysis of dose exposure of patients during an x ray study of the large intestine

, : Analysis of dose exposure of patients during an x ray study of the large intestine. Vestnik Rentgenologii i Radiologii (5): 34-38

The determination of dose exposure of patients using different methods of irrigoscopy (after Fisher-Weber and Welin-Brown) and the comparative analysis have shown it to be higher in a double contrast study of the colon after Fisher-Weber at the expense of roentgenoscopy. The use of an XRII for roentgenoscopy and fluorogram making reduces radiation exposure of patients 6-8 times.
