Complexation of tropaeolin 000 no. 2 by beta cyclodextrin and gamma cyclodextrin

, : Complexation of tropaeolin 000 no. 2 by beta cyclodextrin and gamma cyclodextrin. Journal of the Chemical Society Faraday Transactions I 80(11): 3119-3134

Measurements of the temperature-jump and equilibrium UV-visible and induced circular dichroic spectra of tropaeolin 000 No. 2 (TR) in the presence of .alpha.-, .beta.- and .gamma.-cyclodextrin (.alpha.CD, .beta.CD and .gamma.CD) were carried out. [CD inclusion complexes are model enzyme-substrate and drug-receptor interactions.].

We reported recently that cyclin-dependent kinase (Cdk)5 and p35Nck5a (p35) are expressed in human...
