Dynamics of the changes in protein kinase ec 2.7.1.37 activity in the cytolysis of rat liver in the course of its regeneration

, : Dynamics of the changes in protein kinase ec 2.7.1.37 activity in the cytolysis of rat liver in the course of its regeneration. Vestnik Leningradskogo Universiteta Biologiya (3): 101-104

A gradual increase in rat liver cytosol protein kinase activities with different specificities was established in the course of liver regeneration at a time prior to a rise in DNA synthesis. Comparison of protein kinase activities in isolated hepatocytes and rat Zajdela ascites hepatoma cells revealed a lowered histone kinase (with respect to HI histone) and increased casein kinase activity in the tumor cells.
