Effects of sodium mesoglycan and glycosaminoglycan sulfate on the healing process of surgical wounds in rabbits

, : Effects of sodium mesoglycan and glycosaminoglycan sulfate on the healing process of surgical wounds in rabbits. Acta Chirurgica Italica 41(2): 309-311

The present investigation shows that sodium mesoglycan and glucosaminoglycan sulphate do not activate the healing process of surgical wounds in rabbits. This finding suggests that these products do not enhance the mechanism of repairing fibroplasia.
