Frequency analysis of breath sounds

, : Frequency analysis of breath sounds. Atemwegs-und Lungenkrankheiten 7(4): 219-221

In patients with pulmonary diseases auscultatory sounds were visualized by frequency-spectrum analyzes. By fast-Fourier-transformation a computer analyzed the components of the recorded random noise in a range of 20-20,000 Hz. Original tracings of noise and sound spectra are demonstrated.
